This Terms of Service describes the terms and conditions set out by EdQ .
When we refer to “EdQ”, we mean the Singapore entity that acts as the controller or processor of your information, as explained in more detail in the “Identifying the Data Controller and Processor” section below.

Welcome to EdQ Pte. Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://edq.finance/ (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between us and you ("User," "you") regarding the use of the EdQ app and associated services ('Services"). Users may include parents, students, and authorized school vendors. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms
We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”).

SERVICE means the https://edq.finance/ website operated by EdQ Pte. Ltd.

EdQ provides a platform facilitating cashless payments for school-related transactions, educational tools to promote financial literacy in students, and an e-commerce marketplace for purchasing school essentials. EdQ does not provide banking services or financial advice.
→ Account Creation and Security
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity occurring under your account.
→ Fees
EdQ is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce subscription tiers or transaction fees in the future.
Vendors are responsible for any payment processing fees incurred on transactions through EdQ.
→ Intellectual Property
EdQ and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interest in the Services, including the design, code, educational content, and all associated trademarks or logos. You may not modify, copy, or exploit them for commercial purposes.
